Cameroon hammered Nepal 5-0  in the on-going Nehru Cup Football match played at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium at New Delhi, India on Sunday.

Kologny Vigny Merime & Ebanga Bertin struck twice while one from Momaso Joseph handed Nepal second loss in a row in Nehru Cup football tournament.

Cameroon drew the first blood in early 12th minute through Kologny, who found the back of the net utlizing a blunder from Nepalese goalie, Ritesh Thapa.

Cameroon had to wait till 41st minute to double the tally as they scored through their Ebanga Bertin.

After the lemon break, the strory was bitter for Gorkhalis. They conceded three more goals in frequent intervals.

Cameroon scored their third goal in the 60th minute. Merime doubled his tally with a perfectly placed left-footer that nestled into the net.

Bertin’s second came five minutes later. Mosamo Joseph completed the rout in the 76th minute. This is the highest margin victory in the tournament so far.
