Influential Nepal national team midfielder, Bhola Silwal has been ruled out from football for few days after receiving an injury at his shin during training session on Sunday.
Silwal collided with Sabindra Shrestha for which he had to leave the field with swollen shin.
"The shin looks swelling. We need an X-ray first", team physio Dejib Thapa told GoalNepal.com.
"We are doing icing on the shin. Bhola needs few days rest to recover fully", Thapa added.
Meanwhile, Bhola Silwal vowed to shrug off the pain for the Nehru Cup.
"It happens in football. I can't blame Sabindra for the tackle. But I will manage it. I am confident that I can come back strongly".
Nepal National team is training once a day for forthcoming Nehru Cup 2012 scheduled on August 22 - September 2 in New Delhi, India.
