Sagar Pariyar was pronounced dead by Doctors at Annapurna Neuro Hospital Thursday morning.
The doctors declared him dead 7:30 in the morning.
ANFA VP and Spokesperson, Lalit Krishna Shrestha confirmed that critically injured Pariyar was no more in this world.
"We are very sad to lose another player", VP Shrestha told GoalNepal.com.
ANFA lost its academy player Ranjan Thapa on Tuesday.
Ranjan Thapa died on spot and two other ANFA Academy players, Samrat Blon and Milan Hitang, were injured along with Sagar Pariyar when their bus they were travelling on swerved off the road and fell few hundreds meters down to Mahesh Khola, Dhadhing on Tuesday morning.
Earlier on Wednesday, the doctors informed that there was no progress in the condition of Pariyar who was on ventilator at Annapurna Neuro Hospital since Tuesday.
The deceased has been taken to Teaching Hospital for the post mortem.

The family member told GoalNepal.com that the funeral rites will be performed today at Pashupati Aryaghat.
Pariyar took part in the recently held AFC U-14 Football Festival in Kathmandu.
Pariyar and his three friends had participated in Subroto Mukherjee Cup last year representing Elite Boarding School, Butwal to lift the title.
