One of the best football players that ANFA spotted for its academy  lost his life  in a bus accident  at Simle, Dhadhing on Tuesday morning.

Ranjan Thapa, prolific defender from Lamachour, Ward No 16, Pokhara, died on the spot while three other ANFA Academy players were injured.

Football lovers in Pokhara have mourned over the death of Thapa.

Thapa's parents are in deep shock while the brother of Thapa has already left for Kathmandu.

ANFA Kaski secy Buddhi Khatri visited Thapa's house this morning to console the bereaved family.
