GoalNepal.com has learned that All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) released all the players of U-17 batch from ANFA academy on Tuesday.
One ANFA academy player, who wanted to be unnamed, said the whole academy players were released on Tuesday.
ANFA had earlier divided the players into two groups and had
offered local Clubs to buy the players.
ANFA had put the price tag for each team Rs 1.7m but Nepalese Clubs - which were approached by ANFA for the sale of academy players- were reluctant to buy the whole set but had shown their interest to buy some notable players like Aditya Choudhary, Rishi Rai, Suraj Lama, Heman Gurung, Biswas Shrestha, Sagar Lama and Sanjay Rajbahak.
Now, after the release, it is learned that the clubs can now talk to the players for the contract. Some clubs have already invited above mentioned players to have a discussion for the contract.
