Bara football association has thanked everybody for making 14th Ncell National women championship a huge successful.

Bara FA secretary, Shambhu Thakuri expressed his sincere gratitude to all who  supported them to host the event in Simara successfully.

"We are very happy to host the event in Simara successfully", Thakuri said, "We are thankful to ANFA for giving the hosting rights. We were glad to see thousands of football fans flocking to the stadium for the final match".

"This proves that the craze for the game in this region is valuable. We also feel proud that Bara FA is capable of hosting big events", Thakuri added, "The credit goes to our hard working team".

Armed Police Force (APF) defeated Nepal Police Club 2-1 to win the title of 14th Ncell National women championship.

The winning team received Rs 3 Lakhs while the runners up team got Rs 1,50,000.
