The friends of Late Aman Gurung collected Rs 1m for Pokhara Valley Sports Club to organize the tournament.
Football player Aman Gurung died when he was serving British Army in Brunei.
The "Gurkhas" handed over the money to Pokhara Valley Sports Club president Thaman Bahadur Thapa amid a program in Pokhara.
The Club will organize the tournament with the interest of
Rs 1m deposited in City Development Bank.

Durga Bahadur Pun said they had collected a sum of Rs 1m from 60 British Army Colleagues.
Former Nepal U-23 and Mega Three Star Club player and current British Army
Santosh Shrestha was also present at the hand over program.
"We feel proud to do something to remember our beloved friend, Aman who died few months back", Shrestha said, "To remember him, we have contributed Rs 1m to Pokhara Valley Sports Club to run the tournament annually".
Shrestha also revealed that he would invite teams from UK to play friendly matches in Pokhara from next year.

ANI 06 Intake also donated Rs 70,000 to Taya Macha Dance Committee. Gurkhas handed the cheque to the president of Committee, Samar Bahadur Shrestha.
ANFA Central Committee member, Ganesh Bhattarai, Pokhara British Camp Second In-charge Captain Rabindra Tulachan delivered their speech in the program.
