I-League premier club, Pune FC has confirmed that they have invited Nepal International striker, Bharat Khawas for a trial.
GoalNepal.com can confirm that Khawas is going to Pune in the first week of August.
Speaking exclusively with GoalNepal.com, Pune FC head of operations, Chirag Tanna said, "Yes we have invited Khawas for a trial. We will look at him and we will definitely accquire him if he impresses".
Khawas also confirmed that he's got an invitation to go to Pune.
"I will go to Pune within a week", Khawas told GoalNepal.com.
Khawas will have to shrugg off the challenge from three more players for one Asian quota. It is learned that there are two Australians and one Korean fighting for the place.
Khawas passed the written examination of Nepal Army Second Luitenant on Wednesday.
"I have many exams to pass before I become an Army man", Khawas said, "I have just passed the written exam and I can go abroad for a trial".
Khawas has been performing well in domestic and international level since two years and has caught eyes of many for his precious goals against Afghanistan, Jordan and Pakistan.
