Nepal National team goalie Bikash Malla suffered Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) rupture during a training session at Nepal Army Camp.
Malla is currently on the bed rest and is looking for proper medical treatment for the injury.
"This is very heart pinching for me", Malla exclusively told GoalNepal.com.

What is ACL?
The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is a cruciate ligament which is one of the four major ligaments of the human knee. In the quadruped stifle (analogous to the knee), based on its anatomical position, it is also referred to as the cranial cruciate ligament.
