Iceberg Madhyapur Youth Association (IMYA) has given a hint that the club can become a role model to other Nepalese clubs who are even struggling to maintain sound administration.
The Club, which got promoted to A Division last year, is becoming ambitious day by day.
The Club is running football academies - challenging other so called big teams - with full education provided to the footballers.
Now the Club has taken an initiation to construct an International level football ground at Thimi, Bhaktapur.
Former Nepal skipper and goalie, Upendra Man Singh is leading the club with vision and he is supported by dedicated ex-co body.
Mr. Asta Kumar Kaway is one of them. Kaway is the co-ordinator of the ground construction committee.
The club president, Upendra Man Singh says, "All IMYA officials are working very hard to construct a beautiful football pitch here in our practice ground. Our VP Asta Kumar has done little more than others. He is leading the committee".
"The concept of constructing the ground wouldn't have been started if Asta Kumar hadn't led the team from the front", Singh adds, "We are determined to make this ground "example" for others. It is our dream".
"We have finished levelling the ground and we will plant the bermuda grass on it", Singh added, "Since the rainy season is about to start we won't let anyone to play on the ground. We will cut the grass after four months".

"We want to prove that nothing is impossible if your team work is strong", Singh added, "I am happy that we have dedicated people in our executive committee and generous well wishers".
