Iceberg Madhyapur Youth Association (IMYA) has started constructing a full-sized football pitch at its practice ground, Thimi, Bhaktapur.

IMYA president, Upendra Man Singh informed GoalNepal.com that the construction work has begun from Monday.

"We have started constructing the ground", President Singh said, "We will construct a beautiful football ground in Thimi where our boys can train regularly".

"Our club is totally focused on football, education and the infrastructures", Singh added, "We have been providing football training and education to more than 30 players. Now, with the help of local community, we are constructing the football ground. It will benefit all of us".

The Club is running football academy to produce football players for its senior team, which is now in top flight.
