Nepal National U-22 team head coach, Krishna Thapa believes that current Nepal National U-22 team can win gold medal in next edition of South Asian Games.
Thapa was excited to share that the team was capable of winning the gold in SAARC level tournament (U-23).
"This is a perfect squad. We can add three senior players for South Asian Games. We can win the Championship with this squad, doing little more hard work".
"However, the team needs to train regularly and play some international friendly matches in frequent intervals", Coach Thapa added.
Coach Thapa also expressed his desire to lead the team till SA Games.
"I am ready to guide the team", Thapa said, "It will be proud moment for me to lead the team to the gold medal. But it is up to ANFA. If they want me to continue, I am ready for it".
The South Asian Games will be played in India in 2013.
