First Olympia Inter School (U-14) Football Tournament kicked off from Tuesday  at Samsung JYC football ground .

Former Nepal National team captain, Rakesh Shrestha inaugurated the tournament.

LRI defeated hosts Olympia 6-1 in the first match of the day. Swastik Adhikari scored two goals while Rohan Lama, Ankit Khadka, Srijan Pant and Asbanta Adhikari scored goal apiece for the winning side.

Ashim BC scored a consolation goal for the losing side.

Sainil Mahavidhayala defeated Chelsea International School 12-0 in the second match of the day.

Sahadev Gautam scored four goals alone, Pradip Thapa struck twice while Ashim Thapa, Roshan Neupane, Yubraj Tamang scored a goal each. Saurav Shah scored in an own post for Chelsea International.
