Nepal Police Department distributed bonus to British Gurkha Cup winning Nepal Police Club team amid a program at Nepal Police Foundation, Maharajgunj on Friday.

Nepal Police awarded the players and officials with cash from the winning amount of Rs.1 m.

Nepal Police Club defeated Mega Three Star Club 2-0 to lift the title of British Gurkha Cup 2012.

According to the policy, Nepal Police distributes the prize money to team on 70:30 basis. Seventy percent goes to team while thirty percent will go to fund set by Nepal Police.

Nepal Police categorized players to A grade, B grade and C grade. A grade players received Rs.30,000, b grade received Rs. 15,000 and C grade received Rs.12,000.
