The organizers of First Rumpum Birat Gold Cup football tournament said that more than 300 policemen would be deployed to provide tight security in the final match to be played today at Sahid Maidan.

African United is taking on Yeti Himalayan Sherpa Club in the final match.

"We have requested the Nepal Police & APF to do everything possible for the tight security", Birat gold Cup Trust official Santosh Baniya said, "They have assured us tight security and they will deploy more than 300 policemen in the stadium".

"We don't want any incident to happen", Baniya said, "The tournament has been successful so far and we want to sign off in a better note".
