Sankata Club earned A Division promotion as they defeated Kathmandu Club 3-0 in Martyrs Memorial B Division League Football Tournament played at Nepal Police Ground, Maharajgunj on Wednesday.

Sumin Mainali scored the leading goal in the 28th minute. Bikram Adhikari doubled the tally in the 68th minute. Ritesh  Thapa scored in the 83rd minute to make Sankata Club 3-0 up.

Sankata Club entered the top flight after two years.
