Goalie, Karnjit Singh showed his favolous game between the sticks conceding just two goals in the entire tournament.
Defenders; Sagar Thapa and Rohit Chand were outstanding and they proved their class in the entire tournament. The goal that Nepal skipper, Thapa scored is challenging Ronaldinho's goal against England in FIFA World Cup 2002. Indian defender, Gouramangi Singh kept his nerves cool at the back for India. His performance was lively to see. Afghan lanky defender, Djelauddin Shartiyar caught the eyes of many with his solid performance in the defense line.
Midfielders; Climax and Clifford Miranda were at their best in the tournament. Climax won his first title as the skipper while Miranda scored three goals in the tournament. Bharat Khawas scored the goal for Nepal against Pakistan and was lively in all four matches.
Undoubtedly, Sunil Chhetri, Ali Ashfaq and Balal arezou were the fantastic strikers in the tournament.
To miss out Jeje Syed Rahim Nabi and Sanjar Ahmadi from the first eleven is difficult :)
