Social Welfare Sports Centre was beaten by Shree Kumari Club 2-1 in C Division Super League on Monday.
The bitter loss also shattered their hopes of promotion to B Division.
The coach of the team, Sailesh Karmacharya said his boys played good game but referee played "foul game".
"This is unacceptable. The referee couldn't handle the match properly", Karmacharya said, "It was one of the poor refereeing which I have ever seen".
"We could have won the match had the match was played in fair manner", Karmacharya said, "I have spoken with match commissioner, Birat Shahi about the issue. But I am not expecting something. All I want is fair game on the pitch".
