Nepal U-16 Coach Sunil Shrestha: We Couldn't Play Well Against Bangladesh

Nepal U-16 Coach, Sunil Shrestha confessed that his boys were below par today against Bangladesh in the 3rd place match played at Dasrath Stadium on Wednesday.

Nepal defeated Bangladesh 2-1 to clinch the thid position in the Championship.

"Boys Couldn't Play Well. We faced massive pressure in the second half. We couldn't utilize the numerical advantage", Shrestha added, "We came under pressure after missing the second spot kick".

Bangladesh's Habishur Rahman was sent off  in early 7th minute as he deliberately handed the ball in the goalline.

"I am not happy with the boys performance", Shrestha added, "Overall, it was a good experience for us in this tournament. We will take this tournament as warm up for up-coming AFC U-16 Championship scheduled in September in Kathmandu".
