Junior Football Academy (JFA) has arrived Kathmandu after taking part in Norway Cup 2017 held in Oslo on July 28-August 5.

The team won three matches and lost two in the tournament. JFA President Rijan Khadka welcomed the team at TIA.

Norway Cup is the world's largest football tournament for children and youth.

JFA coach Prajwol Pratap Chhetri said,"We play in a different style in comparision to other countries but we are physically weak. So, we failed to go advance to the next round. "

79 nations took part in the 7-a-side tournament.

14 players; head coach Prajwol Pratap Chhetri; assistant coaches, Amit Khadka and Pramod Pandey, and team manager Suman Timilsina had gone to Norway to attend the U13 & U16 tournament.
