GoalNepal.com - India U19 Coach Syed Pasha: My Boys Were Too Small To Compete In The Championship Like This!
India U19 coach Syed Pasha said his boys were too small to compete in the championship like SAFF U19 championship.

Nepal U19 defeated India U19 5-4 on penalties to lift the title.

"My boys are too small to compete in the tournament like this. Most of them are 16-17 years old. They must be proud playing here. They are going back home head held high", said Pasha after the match.

"Nepal started the game in a good note. They were good in some quarters only. Their goalie did a great job. The two saves he made were mind blowing.

"Our strikers weren't that sharp to finish the chances. We levelled the score late. And sadly there was not an extra time. We played well. You can't predict result on penalties", added Pasha.

"I must congratulate Nepal for the win. Nepal were brave. They didn't give up till the end of the game", concluded Pasha.
