Feb 4, 2014 06:01:51 PM - Breaking News: NIBL Friends Moves To Court Against ANFA, Referees
In a rare case of Nepalese football, NIBL Friends have moved to court against ANFA and referees.

Lalitpur apex court has asked ANFA to furnish clarification within 15 days regarding ANFA's action to the club. The petition was filed by Club office secretary Rajkumar Chouhdary on behalf of the club.

ANFA earlier fined the club Rs 15,000 and slapped a huge ban on three club officials.

Team Manager Arbind Singh was slapped with a year ban, team official Biswas Shah was handed a three month technical area ban while another team official Deepak Thapa received a six month ban for their assault and unsporting behavior in the match against Three Star Club which they lost 2-0.

The Friends Club's officials created a scene at the stadium demanding spot kick which referee Srawan Lama denied to award.

ANFA is yet to respond on the move initiated by the kopundole based club.
