Mohini FC defeated Riot Control Police Unit 2-1 to enter final in ECOB Cup football tournament played at Charpala Stadium on Saturday.

Ashish Shakya put Mohini FC ahead in the match in 41st minutes but Arun Tamang of Riot Control levelled the score in the second half (62nd).

The match was locked at 1-1 draw in regulation time but Prakash Thapa scored the match winning goal for Mohini in 97th minutes.

Ashish Shakya was declared man of the match.

Mohini FC will take on Swaviman Yuwa Samaj in the final match on 22nd October.

Ex-Minister, Bishnu Poudel and Rupendehi FA President, Hari Shrestha will be chief guests in the final.
