Dip United clinched the title of 4th Lamachour 7-A-Side Cup football tournament on Saturday.
RCT man Naresh KC scored the match winning goal as Dip United defeated Oxygen FC 1-0 to lift the title of Lamachour Cup.
The winning team received Rs 50,000. The runners up Oxygen FC got Rs 25,000.
Bibek Gurung of Oxygen FC was declared best player of the tournament. Krishna Kunwar of Dip United was adjudged best defender, Emmanuel of Ranjan Memorial was declared the best striker and best defender award went to Ganesh Pun of Oxygen FC. Ranjan Memorial New Shikhar team received fair play award.
Nepal National team head coach, Krishna Thapa, tournament coordinator, Jalak Bahadur Bhandari, father of Late Ranjan Thapa Shiva Thapa, NSJF Kaski VP Prem Narayan Neupane and Indra Rajya Laxmi School Management President Milan KC distributed the prizes to the winners and runners up.
50 teams took part in the championship.
Meanwhile, NSJF Kaski defeated NACOS 2-1 in a friendly match. Anup Karki scored twice for scribes.
The tournament was organized by Blue Angel Club.
